  • Is there a 24-hour reception?

    At Gr8 Hotels we work with a self check-in system. There is a staff member present at the reception 24/7.

  • From what time can I check in?

    Check-in is possible from 14:00. Do you want to use your room from 11:00? Then book an early check-in for a surcharge of €20.

  • Until what time can I check in?

    If your reservation has not been paid in advance, you can check in until 20:00. If your reservation has been paid in advance, you can check in until 02:00 at night.

  • Can I check out later than 11am?

    Yes, that is possible. You can book a late check-out with a surcharge of €20 per room. You can then use the room until 14h00 at the latest.

  • Can I park for free?

    You can park for free in front of the door at all Gr8 Hotels!

  • Is breakfast included?

    If you book via www.gr8hotels.nl or via our Reservations department, we offer breakfast for free!

  • What are the breakfast times?

    Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 10:30

  • Can I stay with children?

    Yes, Gr8 Hotels is very suitable for a stay with children. In our hotels there are various options to stay with children in one room. Contact our Reservations department for the possibilities.

  • Are pets/dogs allowed?

    Dogs/pets are not allowed at Gr8 Hotels.

  • Can I smoke/vape/use drugs?

    Gr8 Hotels is 100% smoke-free. Smoking and vaping are not permitted, as is the use of drugs and laughing gas.

  • Can I rent a bicycle?

    Gr8 Hotels does not offer bike rental, but has a partner for this at all locations. More information can be found on the hotel page under "accessibility".

  • Are the hotels accessible by public transport?

    All Gr8 Hotels have a bus stop within walking distance. More information can be found on the hotel page under "accessibility".

  • Do the hotels have a restaurant?

    Our hotels do not have their own restaurant. Breakfast is provided by our neighbouring partner. More information can be found on the hotel page under "facilities".

  • Do the hotels have a gym, sauna or swimming pool?

    Our hotels do not have a gym, sauna or swimming pool. Our staff will be happy to inform you about the possibilities in the area.

  • Are the hotels wheelchair accessible?

    All our hotels are accessible for disabled guests. Each hotel has a disabled room. Would you like to reserve this room? Please contact our Reservations department.

  • Can I cancel/change my room reservation free of charge?

    For our Gr8 Flex Rates, free cancellation is allowed until 2:00 PM on the day before arrival. Our promotional rates cannot be cancelled free of charge after booking. Do you want to change/cancel your booking? Please contact our Reservations department. 

  • Can I cancel/change my package free of charge?

    The conditions for this differ per package.

  • Does Gr8 Hotels have any offers?

    Gr8 Hotels has various promotions, these can only be booked online. Sign up for our newsletter and receive exclusive discounts!

  • Can I pay in cash?

    No, for the safety of our employees we do not accept cash payments. We accept payments by debit or credit card, except American Express.

  • Can I pay with Apple/Google Pay at the hotel?

    No, you must have your physical debit or credit card (except American Express) with you for payments at the hotel.
